Our shipping typically takes 12 to 20 days.
Exchange & Refund Policy
In order to fulfill for a return or refund, the purchased item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition when you received it.
Types of goods exempted from being returned includes perishable items, (e.g food, flowers, books, newspaper etc.), intimate or sanitary related items, hazardous goods and flammable liquids/gases. Refund and returns are also not applicable for shoe size, or size of item that did not fit. It is important to use the sizing guide when purchasing the items.
A copy of proof of purchase is required for all return items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
1) Partial Refunds
Items, not in its original condition, damaged or comes with missing part for some reason but not due to our error.
Items, returned more than 10 days after delivery is made.
After your returned item is received and reviewed, you will receive an email from us notifying you the receipt of the returned item, as well as the outcome of your refund. In the event of approved refund, a credit will be automatically reflected in your credit card or original mode of payment.
3) Late/Missing refunds
For refunds not received, kindly contact your bank/credit card company first, as the refund may take some time after processing on our end. Please contact us should you yet to receive the refund after completing the above mentioned steps.
4) Sale items
Unfortunately, all sale items are not eligible for refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Replacement of goods are only applicable should you receive a defective item. For such cases, please contact us for support.
Buyer will bear fully responsibility for own shipping costs for all returned goods. In the event that an exchange is not made possible, a refund will be processed, less the shipping costs incurred. For exchange of goods, the time taken for the items to be delivered, depending on your shipping location, may vary. We strongly advised items using shipping services with tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance for items over USD$75. Seller will not be liable for lost of goods.
